The highest pay was in Washington ($81,310), Oregon ($71,630), Minnesota ($67,230), Massachusetts ($65,950), New Jersey ($64,680). The lowest was in Mississippi ($43,060), Utah ($43,850), South Carolina ($46,550).
About 8,560 people were employed as exercise physiologists in May 2025.
