How this works
Plans, benefits and prices come from the HealthCare.gov Marketplace API for 2027. Prices are full price for one person, before tax credits: most people who buy a Marketplace plan pay less. Your real price depends on your income and household, and HealthCare.gov shows it when you apply.
In the plan list, prices for ages other than 40 are estimates from the federal age curve (Alabama, Mississippi, Oregon and Utah use their own curves, so the list shows the age-40 price there). The side-by-side table shows HealthCare.gov's price for your age.
"Hospitals near you" counts hospitals within 25 miles of the center of your ZIP code that each plan lists in its 2027 network file. Networks change: confirm with the insurer before you get care. We don't rank plans or recommend one.
Only Marketplace (ACA) plans in the states that use HealthCare.gov: not job-based coverage, Medicare or Medicaid. States that run their own exchange link to it.
