Is my hospital in my plan?

Pick a hospital, then your Marketplace plan, to see whether HealthCare.gov's provider data lists it as in network.

1. Pick the hospital

How this check works

The answer comes live from HealthCare.gov's Marketplace API, which shows what each insurer reports about its plan networks for 2027. "In network" means the insurer lists the hospital as in network for that plan. "Not listed as in network" means the insurer's data doesn't list it for that plan. "Not reported by the insurer" means the insurer didn't say either way.

This covers Marketplace (ACA) plans in the states that use HealthCare.gov. It does not cover job-based insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. States that run their own marketplace link to it instead.

Networks change during the year. Before planned care, call the number on your insurance card to confirm.
